Will I own my website if I buy the ‘Term Payment Website Package’?
Yes, once you complete the payment for the package you buy you will own all rights to your website.
How Does It Work and What do I have to do to get my Website?
1) You purchase the package you are interested in and as soon as we receive your payment, one of our specialists will personally contact you within 24 hours to discuss your project and begin the process.
2) If you prefer to make in person contact before purchasing, then you can either call us or skype us or contact us using the contact form and one of our consultants will call you personally.
What If I don’t know What Sort Of Website Is Best Suited For my Needs?
If you are not certain about what might be the best option for you then you simply go to the Services Section and pay for the one hour consultation fee. This one hour consultation fee is free for clients and will be offset against your purchase once you decide on the package best suited for your needs.
What is Hosting?
It is a service provided by a vendor equipped with the appropriate equipment, in this case ‘servers’, who offers a physical location for storing your web pages so that they are available for viewing on the internet.
Do I have to Pay Anything once I have Paid Off my Website?
Yes, in order for a website to remain available on the internet, it needs to be hosted by a web hosting company on its servers. So you will still need to pay for the hosting of your website. This fee can be paid monthly, six monthly or yearly.
How Many Days Will It Take To Get My Website on the Internet?
This is partly dependant on you.
The first stage of your project is getting the basic design concept. The sooner you can provide us with information such as colour scheme, and header graphic ideas, the sooner we can get started. Once we receive this information from you. Your basic website design can be ready within 2-3 days for you to view as a first draft. You will be provided with tools to help you decide on the colour scheme and various design templates.
Before your website is hosted, you will need to place content on the various pages. So this part is dependant on you as well. Depending on the number of pages of course, once we receive your content, your website can be completed and hosted within a few days.
What is the Basic Difference between the Different Packages?
Like many purchasing options, you have graduated discounts. You get a 20% discount when you pay in full and a 10% discount when you pay a 50% deposit.
Why am I required to pay one year hosting in advance for the No Deposit Package?
What you are receiving is a customised website design for which work has been done but you haven’t paid for and will require hosting. We ask that you pay for 12 month hosting. This is to ensure that we only have people who are serious about their business and for us to avoid doing the work and not getting paid.
